Partek’s capacity for exceeding client expectations on large-scale, intricate and multi-faceted projects is illustrated in the recently completed $10 million-dollar Corporate Health Group Head Office.
Four highly experienced Partek team members, led by construction manager Athan Pittas, delivered the fourteen-month project on time, within budget and to the acclaim of the client, with communication, problem solving, client engagement and solution-orientated collaboration stand out features of the 4500 square-metre build.
Harnessing specialists for unique site features, the large-scale build included a basement carpark and hydrotherapy pool, reception and waiting areas, consult and treatment rooms, administration wings including team training rooms, executive offices, a boardroom and conference rooms, and a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym.
Modern, industrial external facades featuring Alucobond, perforated aluminium screening, rendered panelling, and thermal glazing meld with high quality finishes for a truly unique end build.
