West Beach Aged Care

Partek had to be mindful of existing residents and approaching aircraft when working on an extension to the West Beach Aged Care facility near Adelaide Airport.
The 20-bedroom, two-storey centre was built to match the original award-winning facility and included a separate training room within the existing occupied area.
Late design changes and an upgrade to the finishes during construction required a high level of flexibility by Partek to complete the project on time and to the highest standards.
Work was also scheduled to create minimal impact for residents and involved close consultation with Adelaide Airport on the height and use of cranes.
