It was a complicated project given some unexpected findings such as contamination in the soil and last minute changes to the footprint and design given unpredicted modifications following the removal of the phone tower late in the pre-construction phase.

We are delighted with the result and our staff, patients and clients are glowing in their endorsement of the final product. Your team were outstanding.

The regular site meetings provided us with complete visibility of the challenges and progress so there were no surprises. The team engaged with our Operations Manager and myself in a professional and collaborative manner. In December 2018 Partek Constructions completed the 'The Gum's' in Salisbury. It is a long-term rehabilitation facility for individuals with complex physical and intellectual needs. Lawrence Labrosciano lead a great team to deliver excellent project. The project was a complex and demanding site that required a high level of detail and used many new technologies. This complex environment led to inevitable challenges that they embraced and delivered very successfully.

Northpoint Toyota is a family owned and operated Automotive Dealership which has been selling and servicing cars in the South Australian market place since 1984.

We have been fortunate to be able to grow our presence in the market during this time, and when the need arose to rebuild our Prospect Dealership, the selection of the right Building Partner was an important decision.

After the running of a competitive tender, we selected Partek.

During the 18 month build process we were very impressed with the quality of their work, the open communication style, and the nature in which problems were resolved. Our build had added complexity as we continued to sell and service cars from the same site while the build was being completed. Our Site Supervisor and Project Manager always found a way to balance the needs to our staff and guests, and continue to achieve the schedule for the project.

We have now been in the new building for 18 months. The final product is very good, and the small number of defects discovered have been completed.

Most importantly, we have created a fantastic environment for our Northpoint Team to continue to provide a memorable experience to our Guests.

The construction was hampered by heavy rain and high winds during the winter of 2016 which caused significant logistical problems for Partek to achieve our imposed deadline to be open by the start of term 1, 2017. Despite these set-backs both Partek and their sub-contractors did everything necessary to ensure timelines were kept to and did indeed have us in the building on the day required. All involved in the construction project from Partek’s side should be commended for their level of professional ability and knowledge and we would have no hesitation in considering Partek for future capital projects at the College.
