We coordinate the appropriate trades, including inhouse talent and subcontractors, to complement your project schedule, with minimal disruption. Partek specialises in general construction, office fit outs, and building refurbishments for broad sweep of sectors, both private and Government sector clients, many of them repeat clients. We’re a pre-qualified contractor with the South Australian Government Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure.

You can choose from the various procurement models we offer including traditional lump sum, managing contractor, early contractor involvement (ECI), design and construct or guaranteed maximum price.
