The project consists of a two storey building housing 13 independent living units and communal dining area.
A separate 20 bedroom Memory Support Unit (dementia ward) with dining room, lounge rooms, commercial kitchen, pan room and landscaped garden beds.
Site Works being undertaken include upgrading sewer facilities, new stormwater system, installation of new car park and landscaped areas. The existing aged care facility will also receive an upgrade whilst remaining fully operational.
Partek worked with Brown Falconer to offer a range of cost saving measures in which some were utilised to keep the project within budget.
