Construction of base-build retail premises for Coles for use by the Reject Shop and a second tenant.
The project was completed 12 days early, this was achieved due to effective forward planning and anticipation in advance of any potential issues. Coles and the Reject Shop were very happy with the standard of finish, and the Reject Shop have decided to use some of improvements that were proposed and implemented during the construction phase across their sites nationally.
The project was constructed within an operating car park area with minimal disruption to Coles and their customers.
