Office Fit Out
The newly refurbished space within 153 Flinders Street now houses the WRP Legal & Advisory firm. After commencing works in early December, the project quickly progressed on site through the Christmas break ensuring the clients could move into their new facility ahead of time.
The office space being located on the 1st floor within an operating office building in Adelaide's CBD had it’s challenges, but working closely with the client and design team at JPE Design Studios ensured Partek were able to deliver the new office space within a fast tracked programme.
The project consists of breakout spaces, boardrooms, offices, open works spaces and a sophisticated industrial shared kitchen space for all staff to use.
