In September last year Partek handed over a new purpose-built warehouse facility for Leyton Property group and their tenant Total Tools.
Partek were engaged under a Design & Construct procurement arrangement.
Despite the majority of building works occurring through the middle of winter, construction of the 3600m2 site was completed ahead of programme allowing Total Tools to open their doors to trade earlier than expected. Construction made the best use of the available land with a 1400m2 showroom, 300m2 warehouse/office and 46 available carparks on site.
The Partek project team enjoyed collaborating with On Architecture, Lucid Consulting and JAC Adcock Consulting.
