Southern Soccer Facility
Majors Road, Trott Park
Delivered simultaneously alongside the Sam Willoughby BMX facility, the Southern Soccer Facility on the corner of Majors Road and Adams Road involved the development of a new regional football facility, featuring three FIFA approved soccer pitches to cater for day and night matches, as well as a provision for a future fourth pitch.
We also constructed new clubroom facilities which included a large open plan function & recreation room, commercial kitchen and bar, amenities and changerooms with expansive carparking and landscaping to meet the demand and growth of the Cove Football Club and various City of Marion events.
The communal outdoor areas such as raised decking, open paved areas and spectator viewing mound makes a great place for the community to engage in all events held at the facility.
