U-Store-It - New Storage Facility

Partek were engaged by U-Store-It to construct their new facility at the existing U-Store-It site in Para Hills.
The project involved the construction of a two storey 1800m2 precast warehouse, at the rear of the operational storage site. With over 250 individual storage units, raging from garages to lockers, the new building has increased the sites storage capacity considerably. The lightweight design of the first floor meant the construction process was simple and efficient. The cantilevered canopy provides great weather protection to the end users, along with fully automated lighting along the path of travel for user safety. The goods lift within the large loading dock ensures easy access for users.
Each storage unit is fitted with personal wireless access control, making coming and going from the facility very user friendly.
