Riverpoint Retirement Village Community Centre is the community hub to a multi single dwelling retirement complex situated at Noarlunga.
The building is a single storey steel framed structure on a concrete raft slab, clad externally in varied finishes comprising of brickwork, rendered walls, metal cladding and aluminium window frames with a roof of metal cladding.
Internal fitout comprised of light weight walls with varied internal finishes, joinery, commercial kitchen, metal plasterboard and acoustic ceilings.
The building also included hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and fire services with landscaping and pavings externally.
