New facility and expansion
Partek have been proud to partner with Redarc over numerous projects.
Partek was highly commended in the Australian Institute of Building professional excellence awards for the new warehouse and office building.
Partek worked closely with Christopher Parker Architects on meeting the meticulous requirements of the complex design. Specialist materials were used throughout the building with no room for error during installation.
The building fitout included a reception, boardroom, separate offices, wet areas and lunchrooms, with an adjacent warehouse, car parking and landscaping. The project was successfully finished on schedule despite the challenging 10-month time frame.
Partek have also now completed an extension to the existing Lonsdale premises.
The work included multiple extensions to all elevations of the existing building, several refurbishments within the existing building and a new staff and customer carpark on the neighbouring block they recently acquired. All of this work was undertaken while Redarc remained fully operational.
