Brookman Building Refurbishment
This refurbishment involved the complete demolition and rebuilding of the male and female toilets on Level 5, as well as general refurbishment of the Level 5 and 6 corridors and main entrance staircase.
The building remained in full occupation throughout construction and the project was completed in stages to enable the University to continue normal operation.
The striking feature lighting, frameless glazed enclosure and high end finishes combined within this heritage building made for eye catching features throughout this refurbishment.
