St Michael’s College Senior Learning Centre exhibits the hallmarks of Partek’s commitment to excellence and outstanding client outcomes.
The three-floor development, completed between 2017 and 2018, saw the construction of an integrated learning centre with classrooms, laboratories, an eight-kitchen cookery school, administration and conferencing facilities, on-site café and multi-level auditorium with a 300-patron capacity.
Innovation and bespoke finishes elevated the project, with extensive custom-made plywood linings, a landscaped exterior, state-of-the-art technology and architectural elements contributing to the project’s win at this year’s MBA(SA) Excellence in Commercial Building awards.
Over 400 tradespeople contributed to the project, which was completed during the normal operations of the school’s year.
