Senior School Building
Partek successfully tendered and won an exciting project located at Encounter Bay for the Investigator College.
The project included the construction of a new two storey integrated learning centre and surrounding extensive plaza and Water Sustainable Urban Design (WSUB).
After the wettest winter in over 50 years, Partek delivered the new 2 storey Senior School Building and surrounding Plaza in readiness for the 2017 school year.
This architectural building is clad in a number of various claddings including Maxline Metal Profile, expressed jointed CFC, timber batten sunscreens and folded steel sun shades to windows. Internally the building consists of general learning areas, science laboratories, food & hospitality, visual arts, shared areas, offices, staff preparation area, meeting rooms and amenities ensuring the Senior School is all under one roof.
The Plaza surrounding the building consists of extensive exposed aggregate paving, landscaping including wetlands and modifications to existing driveways and carparks.
