Partek were engaged to construct a new 7200m² Building which contains 2 tenancy compartments and 2 warehouse compartments.
The majority of the building i.e. 1 tenancy compartment and 2 warehouse compartments now houses Domayne Furniture’s first store in Adelaide and the remaining tenancy is leased by Plush Sofas.
The building is constructed primarily of precast concrete and structural steel and is roofed using an insulated panel product. The project also contains approximately 5000m² of carpark and roadways which also formed part of Partek’s contract.
