Partek Construction & Interiors were awarded the base build and fit out works for the new Fairmont Group Office & Showroom which is located to the East of the City on the corner Fullarton Rd and Rundle St.
The impressive new headquarters consists of a full re-roof, façade upgrade and new fitout. The fit out consists of a display/selection areas and client meeting rooms located on the ground floor and staff offices, lunch rooms on the first floor.
With the commencement of this project occurring in August, Partek endured poor weather during the reroofing stage of this project, however with precise programming, minimal delay to the construction programme occurred.
