Office Fitout in Adelaide CBD
Partek were engaged by Moore Stephens to undertake the fitout works of their new office space in Adelaide’s CBD.
The new office comprises of new meeting rooms, offices, large open plan workstation areas and a new boardroom across two levels.
The new space promotes a collaborative and functional work environment through substantial audio-visual communications, operable walling and a large amount of internal glazing throughout. Feature wall paneling provides a seamless connection between the carefully thought out floor plate, to ensure an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for internal employees and external customers alike.
Early contractor involvement with both the client and consultant team enabled Partek to incorporate a number of value management ideas into the design, offering cost effective solutions whilst still maintaining design intent.
With a fast-tracked programme and a number of logistical challenges, Partek were proactive in working with their subcontractors and suppliers to maintain a successful completion for all involved.
