The shell of an old warehouse was transformed into a brand new showroom for Total Tools which involved a complete reconstruction of its façade to create a new shopfront providing a striking presence from busy North East Road.
The refurbishment of its interior is highlighted by the exposure of its existing structure, stripping back to the bones and grinding the existing concrete slab before applying new finishes throughout not only accentuates the space but also fits in with the occupier’s core business model. All of this, as well as new offices, amenities and two external carparks was achieved in just a three month construction period.
