A purpose-built rehabilitation facility which has been highly praised by the City of Charles Sturt for it’s positive contribution to the local community.
The project involved the design and construction of two purpose built Hydrotherapy pools to be used together by Novita and Adelaide Hydrotherapy. It will also be utlised by specialist rehabilitation services such as Sportsmed.
On one side of the centre we also built a rehabilitation gym, including an XY gantry track system used to assist with movement of rehabilitation clients.
The design required Partek to work collaboratively with both consultants and its specialist contractors from early design concept through to handover to ensure it accommodated for the highly sensitive sterile environment that is required for a facility of this kind. The project was fast tracked and completed in a short amount of time considering the scope of works, which allowed the client to meet their business operation deadline of opening for the beginning of the new 2020/2021 financial year.
