St Josephs School Hectorville
New Learning Building
Partek were engaged by repeat client St Joseph’s School Hectorville to construct their highly architectural double storey building, comprising of general learning areas, breakout space, collaborative learning spaces and a fully contained OSHC space.
The project was delivered under a Managing Contractor procurement arrangement on what was a very confined and sloping site, bounded on 3 sides by neighbouring buildings and the 4 side being a very narrow street where access and egress from site occurred.
The team at Partek met the expectations of St Joseph’s School and CESA which enabled us to continue on with additional projects on the campus. We have since completed their $4.2m Early Learning Centre and have recently commenced on the $10m New General Learning Building (Stage 5) project on a site that fronts Montacute Road.
