Ensuring Partek continue to develop, implement and encourage behavioral based safety culture is of the upmost importance to Candice.

Candice is responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels of the organisation, in line with Partek’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System.

Candice has over 14 years of experience working alongside our internal and external auditors, to ensure we are always performing at our safety best. She communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organisation and promotes HSE awareness throughout the company.

Each year, Candice undertakes an external QHSE audit with a third party, and then follows up on the preventative and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.

Reporting on QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis to our IMS committee is also an important part of Candice’s role, to ensure Management are across QHSE matters on all of our projects.

Candice’s qualifications include:

• Certificate IV in WHS
• Internal Auditing
• White Card
