Building ongoing, trust-based client relationships is at the heart of Garth Hall’s work as a Projects Director with Partek.

With a breadth of experience spanning fourteen years, Garth has been at the helm of a wide range of commercial projects including defence, aged care facilities, petrol stations and industrial projects.

A solution-focused mindset underpins Garth’s meticulous, comprehensive, accountable and transparent practices that harness team-work and collaboration from planning to project completion.

It’s these characteristics that have developed as Garth has moved through to senior ranks within Partek, after receiving a scholarship from the company who identified his leadership qualities whilst he was studying Construction Management and Economics at university.

Commencing in estimation, before moving to project administration and project management through to construction management provides Garth with a unique, holistic and comprehensive understanding of each project he leads. This background also enables to excellent communication and collaboration with teams of up to fifty on-site trades, or one-on-one client liaison.

Today, Garth credits the most rewarding part of his work to his client’s satisfaction, and the growing number of clients who return time and again to Partek for the ongoing, trust-based relationships that come from successful projects.

Garth is a member of Partek’s Advisory Board, and its Quality, Environment and Safety Committee.
