Glenelg BMW and Mini

We are thrilled to join forces with Another Dimension Building Design and Glenelg BMW & Mini for a project that promises innovation and excellence.

Stage 1 includes the construction of an underground basement level with workshop above and associated carparking, whist keeping BMW operational in their existing adjacent showroom.

Stage 2 works consists of a showroom building with offices and amenities on the mezzanine level. The façade made up mainly of glazing, fibre cement cladding and perforated aluminium screens, will have a great presence along Brighton Road and will flow between the stages upon completion of the staged project due mid-late 2025, connected with an entry forecourt and roundabout with landscaping at the front.

The final stage of the project will be some further external works and car parking/display as part of Stage 3.
