Agriculture Centre
Partek were engaged to deliver the unique project for Westminster School under a Design & Construct procurement model.
This multifunctional facility will serve as a hub for learning, experimentation and engagement with agriculture, aquaculture and viticulture practices, while also offering a farm-to-plate experience.
From the aquaculture zone that has been equipped with state-of-the-art aquaponic systems that include tanks to breed and harvest freshwater Barramundi, to the dedicated viticulture space designed and built for vineyard management, grape cultivation and wine making.
Adjacent to the agricultural zones, a fully equipped commercial grade kitchen will allow students to transform harvested produce into culinary creations. From seed to plate, students will understand the entire food production process, emphasizing the importance of sustainable farming practices and nutritious eating habits.
Interactive learning spaces are situated in the heart of the building with a retail space towards the front that warmly greets it’s patrons.
