In collaboration once again with Brown Falconer and Accord Property, Partek have recently completed an exciting project which involved the refurbishment of an existing building and construction of a new supported residential care facility known as “The Gums” at 47 Burton Road in Salisbury.
The Gums will provide supported accommodation for residents, as well as common areas and back of house services including a hydrotherapy pool, laundry, kitchen, toilets and staff amenity areas.
The project also involved external works including carports, car parking, signage, fencing, paving, undercover areas and full landscape delivery.
