Northpoint Toyota Prospect

Partek have recently completed construction of the Northpoint Toyota vehicle dealership & showroom on Main North Road, Prospect. The project involved the demolition of the existing building & carparking and the construction of a new 2 story showroom and office building with associated staging area, service drop-off, carparking and external display area.

The new dealership incorporates a double height vehicle showroom at the front of the building with offices & amenities housing the sales & services teams on the ground floor & mezzanine level. The building is cladded with a full height glass façade facing Main North Road and aluminium louvres spanning the South-East elevation as well as Alucobond cladding and precast wall panels to the remaining of the exterior. The large undercover service drop off area features a perforated corrugated ceiling lining and structural steel columns clad in folded Alucobond.

Externally, the high profile corner site (adjacent a local park) is complimented with new driveways, carparking and external vehicle display with some minor landscaping works.
