The Loreto College Old Scholars Science Centre project comprises of the refurbishment of the existing science department including the addition of new & improved laboratories, informal learning areas and outdoor learning spaces.
Features include exposed concrete ceilings & services above, with a display of various ceiling & wall linings throughout that complement the joinery & workstations to each classroom. New full height glazing to the corridors and external walls creates a more open plan and bright learning environment maximising the existing space which connects with the new outdoor courtyards with teared concrete learning platforms under a curved shade sail structure.
