HAMBS engaged Partek to not only construct but design their new head office in the heart of the CBD. Partek worked in close consultation with HAMBS and a carefully selected consultant team to deliver a project which not only met but exceeded HAMBS expectations in all key aspects i.e. cost, quality and time.
The fitout housed 8 meeting rooms, 4 quiet rooms, server/IT room, staff breakout area and a large open space area which contained 105 workstations and multiple staff collaboration spaces. HAMBS wanted to create a space that not only made the staff want to be at work but gave them inspiration all of which have been achieved with the smartly designed space and colourful finishes which were selected.
