The Elizabeth TAFE project is situated in the carpark behind the existing TAFE Trade Building. This project comprised of the removal of bitumen car park along with surrounding trees, kerbing and vegetation to make way for the new building.
The project included intensive hydraulic underground services including PH Tanks, Grease Arrestors Water Tanks etc. The building is mainly constructed from precast concrete panels along with concrete blockwork and danpalon cladding. The building has been designed with facilities and provisions for students to practice and train their respective trades including wet areas for showering and a first aid room for treatment in case of an injury.
