Partek are approaching completion of the construction of the new head office for the Corporate Health Group which will be located at 103 Henley Beach Road, Mile End.
The new building comprises of a basement carpark and a further 2 storeys which will contain multiple reception and waiting areas, consult and treatment rooms and wet areas along with the administration headquarters which includes training rooms, executive offices, boardroom, case conference rooms etc. It will also include a hydrotherapy pool and rehabilitation gym located on the ground level.
A vast array of materials & finishes will be utilised throughout the build in particular the external facades which will feature Alucobond, perforated aluminium screening, rendered panelling, precast walls, stone veneer and extensive amounts of glazing.
