Partek undertake a diverse range of projects across all industries. Partek Construction and Interiors are committed to the continual training of our staff, with a genuine commitment to support each other.  Annual performance reviews are carried out with each employee to monitor performance and set objectives.  This generates a positive culture with a focus on teamwork.  It also promotes, maintains and improves overall performance. Evidence of the commitment of our staff is the length of tenure.  In our team of 36, we have 2 key staff that have been with Partek in excess of 20 years, 2 at 15 plus years and a further 9 staff in excess of 10 years.

    Partek Construction and Interiors is a well-known and respected builder with great core values and reputation. I was first employed at Partek in 2005 as a Project Administrator and soon became Project Manager. When the opportunity to become a shareholder in the business and to also take on the role as Construction Manager, I was more than happy to accept this great responsibility and to be part of this well-structured company and further my skills and knowledge.

  • - Site Manager

    Partek Construction and Interiors has provided me with an opportunity to build and develop my skills through different roles. I first started out as an apprentice back in 2005 (through the Master Builders) and in 2009 Partek employed me as a carpenter, then onto leading hand/site officer in 2011 and currently I am a full time Site Manager. The crucial experience I have gained through my various roles has allowed me to develop professionally in a caring and understanding work environment.
