After successfully tendering for the Mount Carmel College project, Partek have recently commenced construction onsite. The project includes a refurbishment to an existing building, the construction of a new two storey building and a major fire services infrastructure upgrade. The new two storey building is a Senior Learning Centre which is sited between two existing Buildings and a covered outdoor learning area. Construction of these works will be undertaken whilst the college remains fully operational. The SLC has five GLA’s, large interactive areas, staff rooms, an art room and a new canteen. Partek look forward to delivering another successful project for the college.

Partek have recently commenced the construction of the new head office for the Corporate Health Group which will be located at 103 Henley Beach Road, Mile End.

The new building comprises of a basement carpark and a further 2 storeys which will contain multiple reception and waiting areas, consult and treatment rooms and wet areas along with the administration headquarters which includes training rooms, executive offices, boardroom, case conference rooms etc. It will also include a hydrotherapy pool and rehabilitation gym located on the ground level.

A vast array of materials & finishes will be utilised throughout the build in particular the external facades which will feature Alucobond, perforated aluminium screening, rendered panelling, precast walls, stone veneer and extensive amounts of glazing.

This redevelopment of the existing aquatic facility for West Beach Parks (formerly known as Adelaide Shores) involves the construction of a new 25m long by 10m wide main swimming pool with dual water slides/play equipment. Surrounding the pool area is an exposed aggregate concrete concourse, timber deck area as well as associated pool plant room, fencing and site works.  This will be the second pool project that Partek has completed for West Beach Parks, the first one being in 2015.

In partnership with DPTI, Heathfield High School & DesignInc Architects, Partek are excited to announce the near completion of the Heathfield High School STEM Works Upgrade Multi-Purpose Refurbishment.

The works consist of a complete refurbishment of an existing building which involve state of the art Science Laboratories, Design/Tech Areas and Multi-Purpose Classrooms for students and staff to thrive in.

The refurbishment boasts an impressive design – integrating high spec Laboratory Equipment such as Fume Cupboards, a vast range of high end Joinery, sharp Aluminium & Glazing Suites throughout and stunning Acoustic & Timber Feature Ceilings.

Students and Staff are eager to move in and function within this brilliant Learning Area.

In collaboration once again with Brown Falconer and Accord Property, Partek have recently commenced a new exciting project which involves the refurbishment of an existing building and construction of a new supported residential care facility known as “The Gums” at 47 Burton Road in Salisbury.

The Gums will provide supported accommodation for residents, as well as common areas and back of house services including a hydrotherapy pool, laundry, kitchen, toilets and staff amenity areas.

The project also involves external works including carports, car parking, signage, fencing, paving, undercover areas and full landscape delivery.

In partnership once again with the Salvation Army & Hodgkison Architects, Partek are excited to announce the recently commenced construction of a new multi-purpose building for the Salvation Army at Gawler.

The works consist of a new Worship Centre for the Salvation Army including a large Main Hall for the worship activity & a secondary multi-purpose space for youth and community based activities.

The building has a slick design – integrating Precast Panels, Metal Cladding and CFC Panel Construction. A wide range of quality interior materials and finishes will complete the project and provide an admirable building for the community.

Redarc Electronics have engaged Partek to extend their existing Lonsdale premises. The works include multiple extensions to all elevations of the existing building, several refurbishments within the existing building and a new staff and customer carpark on the neighbouring block they recently acquired. All of this work will be undertaken while Redarc remains fully operational.

Partek have recently commenced construction of the Northpoint Toyota vehicle dealership & showroom on Main North Road, Prospect. The project involves the demolition of the existing buildings & carparking and the construction of a new 2 story showroom and office building with associated staging area, service drop-off, carparking and external display area.

The new dealership incorporates a double height vehicle showroom at the front of the building with offices & amenities housing the sales & services teams on the ground floor & mezzanine level. The building is to be clad with a full height glass façade facing Main North Road and aluminium louvres spanning the South-East elevation as well as Alucobond cladding and precast wall panels to the remaining of the exterior. The large undercover service drop off area will feature a perforated corrugated ceiling lining and structural steel columns clad in folded Alucobond.

Externally, the high profile corner site (adjacent a local park) will be complimented with new driveways, carparking and external vehicle display with some minor landscaping works.
