After successfully tendering for the Mount Carmel College project, Partek have recently commenced construction onsite. The project includes a refurbishment to an existing building, the construction of a new two storey building and a major fire services infrastructure upgrade. The new two storey building is a Senior Learning Centre which is sited between two existing Buildings and a covered outdoor learning area. Construction of these works will be undertaken whilst the college remains fully operational. The SLC has five GLA’s, large interactive areas, staff rooms, an art room and a new canteen. Partek look forward to delivering another successful project for the college.

Partek have recently commenced the construction of the new head office for the Corporate Health Group which will be located at 103 Henley Beach Road, Mile End.

The new building comprises of a basement carpark and a further 2 storeys which will contain multiple reception and waiting areas, consult and treatment rooms and wet areas along with the administration headquarters which includes training rooms, executive offices, boardroom, case conference rooms etc. It will also include a hydrotherapy pool and rehabilitation gym located on the ground level.

A vast array of materials & finishes will be utilised throughout the build in particular the external facades which will feature Alucobond, perforated aluminium screening, rendered panelling, precast walls, stone veneer and extensive amounts of glazing.

In collaboration once again with Brown Falconer and Accord Property, Partek have recently commenced a new exciting project which involves the refurbishment of an existing building and construction of a new supported residential care facility known as “The Gums” at 47 Burton Road in Salisbury.

The Gums will provide supported accommodation for residents, as well as common areas and back of house services including a hydrotherapy pool, laundry, kitchen, toilets and staff amenity areas.

The project also involves external works including carports, car parking, signage, fencing, paving, undercover areas and full landscape delivery.

Redarc Electronics have engaged Partek to extend their existing Lonsdale premises. The works include multiple extensions to all elevations of the existing building, several refurbishments within the existing building and a new staff and customer carpark on the neighbouring block they recently acquired. All of this work will be undertaken while Redarc remains fully operational.
